Common fixes
An agent does not show up
onestation detects Claude Code and Codex sessions, Orca terminals and tmux sessions. Agents running in a plain terminal window outside Orca or tmux are watch-only. Start the agent inside tmux or Orca to answer it from the inbox.
The double-tap ⌥ shortcut does nothing
Open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility and enable onestation. Quit and reopen the app afterwards.
My phone cannot connect
Your phone and Mac must be on the same network or the same tailnet. Allow Local Network access for onestation in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network, then scan the pairing code again.
A remote machine is offline
Remote nodes connect outbound. Check that the node process is running on the server and that it can reach your Mac. The Machines page shows the last time each node checked in.
Moving to a new Mac
Each license activates on two Macs. Deactivate the old one in Settings › License, then activate on the new one.
Refunds
Email us within 14 days of purchase with the address you bought with. You do not need to give a reason.
When you write
Include your macOS version, onestation version (onestation › About) and, for bugs, the log at ~/.onestation/hub.log. Never send us your license key in public channels.
